Special issue in journal of spectral imaging

JSI_large_2.jpgParticipants are invited to submit a short (4 pages) peer reviewed paper based on their presentation at IASIM-2016 to JSI—Journal of Spectral Imaging. JSI is enabling Open Access publication without any paper fees. Selected papers from the meeting will appear as a special collection entitled “Papers Presented at IASIM-2016”, and will be freely available without restriction. The deadline for inclusion in the special collection is July 31, 2016.

Dr Aoife Gowen and Dr Bosoon Park will be editing this special issue, which should be submitted to the journal’s online manuscript submission and refereeing system at http://www.impublications.com/authors/. If you have not used this before, you will need to register first. Once logged in, choose Journal of Spectral Imaging and make sure you choose the IASIM-2016 section in the first step when submitting your paper.

Your paper will be peer reviewed and you may be asked to make changes before it can be accepted. JSI is an online journal and, once accepted, your paper will be published online within hours of acceptance. Following copy editing and typesetting, the final version will appear. This means that there is no waiting for the entire issue to be collated; the sooner you submit your paper, the sooner it can be published, subject to satisfactory review of course.

There is detailed information on preparing your paper at the journals’ Author Centre at http://www.impublications.com/jsi-authors.
