The biannual IASIM conference is the perfect place to showcase your organization, its products and services.

The conference will be held at the Majestic Congress Center in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, inaugurated in 1919, which was a unique mountain palace. The exhibition area will be located in the back of the conference hall called “Michel Payot” (see the left-hand side of the figure below) in order to have real face-to-face interactions with attendees.

Exhibit packages

Regular sponsor (rate 1200 €)

As a regular sponsor, you will receive:

• 1 exhibit table (size 72" x 24" approximately) without cover.
• An electrical point (220 V) to connect a laptop or/and an instrument.
• 2 chairs.
• Possibility to put your flyers in the attendee’s bag (should be sent two weeks before the conference).
• Opportunity to showcase your products and services during a supplier session (a 10 minutes talk).
• Free-full registration for one delegate (lunch, gala dinner, …)
• Your corporate logo on the cover page of the conference program book.
• All sponsors will have their corporate logo on a poster located on the stage.

Gold sponsor (only one slot, rate 2500 €)

As the gold sponsor of the conference, in addition to all previously described items, you will
receive:

• A one page advertise on the back cover of the program book.
• The list of attendees (one or two weeks before the congress).
• A three-meter banner at the foot of the conference stage (you provide a printer-ready document, the organization prints it).
• Free-full registration for two delegates (lunch, gala dinner, …)

We also welcome any other partnerships or sponsoring proposals (e.g. goodies, attendee’s bag,welcome drink, party…).
