Registration includes
- Admission to the conference, and all conference materials (except for accompanying persons)
- Pre-conference workshop
- Welcoming social “Savoyard Buffet” on Sunday
- All coffee breaks
- All lunches
- Social drink on Monday at the Crystal Museum
- Gala dinner on Tuesday

Please pay attention to the fact that the registration is a two-step procedure:
Please first fill in a pre-registration form with your name, address,... and details about the organization that will pay the invoice (contact name, email,…). Click on NEXT and you will be directed to a page confirming the pre-registration.
You will receive an email confirming pre-registration ("Your pre-registration has been saved correctly ").
After validation (which may take a couple of days), you will receive an email asking to finalize your on-line registration.
Please follow the link provided.
- To login, you need to provide your last name (nom), first name (Prénom) and your email address (email)
(The ones provided during the pre-registration step). - After login, you need to provide your tentative arrival and departure date.
- After providing billing information you will be directed on the "Tarification page".
Here you must select the type of registration (academic, student, accompanied).
Please tick the box “Workshop” if you wish to participate to the Sunday afternoon workshop (free but limited to 40 people). - On the next page you must provide the details about the payment.
- At the end of the process confirmation of the registration will be displayed.
Finally, you will receive an email with your invoice in .pdf format. Only payments by order, bank transfer and credit card are accepted.
Payment should be performed before the early bird deadline.
